1. Overview

Threads of Gulab (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a handcrafted apparel and accessories brand based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

All products are handmade in limited batches by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of handcrafted production, minor variations in color, print, texture, or weave are natural and should not be considered defects.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent

  • The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete

  • You are purchasing for lawful personal or business use

2. Products & Handmade Characteristics

All products sold by Threads of Gulab are physical handmade goods.

Because each piece is individually crafted:

  • Minor irregularities are part of the artisanal process

  • Exact color shades may vary slightly due to screen differences

  • Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for return

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed on the website and may be shown in different currencies for customer convenience

  • Final charges depend on currency conversion, payment provider, and applicable shipping fees

  • Prices may be updated without prior notice

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Threads of Gulab does not store or have access to your payment information.

4. Shipping & Order Fulfillment

  • All items are made to order

  • Standard production time is 10–15 working days, unless stated otherwise

  • Shipping timelines vary based on destination and courier service

Threads of Gulab is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier operations, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control, though we will assist customers where possible.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

In brief:

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Issues must be reported within 7 working days of delivery with valid proof

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • Returns are not accepted for size preference, color variation, or change of mind

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

  • After this period, cancellations are not possible as production begins shortly after order confirmation

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Threads of Gulab / Aurawish Naturals.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is collected solely to:
