Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans in Jaipur, India. As our products are made to order and produced in limited batches, we follow a clear and transparent return and refund policy outlined below.

1. Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

As all items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Size or fit preferences

  • Minor color variations

  • Natural irregularities in print or weave

  • Change of mind after purchase

Such variations are inherent to handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery with clear unboxing photos or videos.

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, where replacement is not possible

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of damage or error must be provided within the stated timeframe

Once approved, return instructions (if required) will be shared by our support team.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only in approved cases such as damaged or incorrect items.

  • Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

4. International Orders

All international orders are considered final sale, except in cases where:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition, or

  • An incorrect item is delivered

Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs (if applicable) are not refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

  • After this window, cancellations are not accepted as production begins shortly after order confirmation
