At Threads of Gulab, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans in Jaipur, India. As each order is made to order, shipping timelines may differ slightly from mass-produced retail brands.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All products are made to order

  • Standard processing time: 10–15 working days before dispatch

  • During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be informed in such cases.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, or India Post.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 working days, depending on location.

  • A tracking link will be shared via email once the order is shipped.


3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide from Jaipur, India.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges vary by country and are not controlled by Threads of Gulab.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India):
    Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹3,000.
    A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount and is shown at checkout.

  • International:
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.


5. Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Threads of Gulab is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  • If a shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.


6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Customs inspections (international orders)

  • Courier or logistics network disruptions

In such cases, we will keep customers informed and provide assistance where possible.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe

Please contact us within 7 working days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear unboxing photos or videos

We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners and work toward a suitable resolution.
